Do you take my payments?
No — and that is intentional. You bring your own Interac e-Transfer email and your own NOWPayments account for crypto. Money goes from your customer straight to your bank. We are the platform, not a payment processor. This is the exact reason cannabis-friendly: we have zero regulatory exposure to your transactions. -
What about AGCO compliance? Can I actually ship to customers?
In Ontario, only OCS can deliver cannabis online direct to consumers. Private retailers run click-and-collect — order online, pick up in store. Our default copy and checkout flow is built around that model. If you ever want to position differently (delivery, B2B), we can adjust — but out of the box you are AGCO-aligned. -
I am already on Cova / Greenline. Does it sync?
Yes — that is the Storefront + POS Sync tier ($1,999 + $299/mo). Inventory and product changes flow from your POS to the website automatically. Sell an SKU out at the counter, the site hides it within minutes. No double-entry, no end-of-day reconciliation. -
How fast can you have me live?
48 hours after you fill the intake form (logo, hours, address, products). The platform is templatized — we are not building from scratch each time, we are deploying a proven build with your branding swapped in. -
What is the catch? Why this cheap?
Honest answer: we are early. We are looking for 3 to 5 pilot shops in the Greater Toronto Area to prove the model and produce real case studies. The first three sign at lifetime $99/mo in exchange for a testimonial, your logo on this page, and case-study rights. After that the price goes up. -
Can I cancel? What if I want to leave?
Month-to-month, no annual contract. If you ever want out completely, the exit ramp is $5,000 one-time and you get a clean export of your code, your database, and an onboarding doc. You own your data either way — your customers, orders, and product catalogue are yours. -
Can I own the code instead of renting?
Self-host license is $15,000 one-time + $99/mo support retainer. Almost nobody picks this — once shops see the price, they realize they actually wanted SaaS. But it exists for the rare operator who has a real "ownership" requirement. -
Are you only in Toronto / Ontario?
Right now, yes. We are starting in the GTA where compliance is well-understood and we can do walk-in support. BC, Alberta, and other provinces have different cannabis e-commerce rules — we will tier them by complexity once Ontario pilots are live.
