Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applicable to purchases made on the global variant of grow.glitchexecutor.com (USD pricing, Stripe checkout). For purchases on the India variant, see the India refund policy.
1. Nature of the products
All products sold by Nuraveda through
grow.glitchexecutor.com are digital products
— source-code repositories, configuration packages, and access
to a private community channel — delivered electronically
immediately on payment confirmation. They are not physical
goods (see our separate
Shipping & Exchange Policy).
2. Cancellation
Because delivery is automatic and immediate, an order cannot be cancelled after the Stripe payment is captured and the buyer has been granted access to the purchased repository or community channel. If You initiated a payment but it has not yet been captured, no further action is needed — the authorisation will expire and no funds will be debited.
3. Refund — free Vibe Coder Kit
The free Vibe Coder Kit involves no payment and therefore carries no refund. You may unsubscribe from associated communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by writing to support@glitchexecutor.com.
4. Refund — individual paid agents (BSK-001 to BSK-006)
- Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Reason is not required, though a one-line explanation helps us improve.
- Request the refund by replying to Your Stripe receipt or by emailing support@glitchexecutor.com from the email address used at checkout.
- After 14 days, no refunds are issued, in line with the digital-goods nature of the Service.
5. Refund — AI Digital Marketing Stack bundle (BSK-ALL)
- Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. The shorter window reflects the substantially higher value at risk on bundle purchases where the entire six-agent source delivery is granted immediately.
- Same request channel as individual agents (reply to Stripe receipt or email support@glitchexecutor.com).
- After 7 days, the bundle is non-refundable.
6. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued via Stripe back to the original payment instrument only — the credit or debit card used at checkout. We cannot redirect a refund to a different instrument.
- Refund initiation typically takes 1 business day from approval; settlement to Your card statement typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank's cycle.
- You will receive a Stripe refund-confirmation email containing the refund reference. If the funds do not appear within 14 business days of that email, contact support@glitchexecutor.com and we will follow up with Stripe.
7. Effect of refund
On any refund being approved and initiated, the following consequences take effect immediately:
- Your access to the private GitHub repository for the refunded SKU is revoked.
- Your role in the Glitch Grow Discord server (
@Agent Buyeror@AI Digital Marketing Stack Buyer) is removed and access to the corresponding paid channels is closed. - Your entitlement to lifetime updates for the refunded SKU is terminated.
- The Business Source License 1.1 ("BSL") under which the agent was delivered terminates with effect from the refund date. Any continued use, deployment, or onward delivery of the previously-licensed source after that date constitutes infringement.
8. Disputes & chargebacks
Before initiating a card chargeback, please contact us at support@glitchexecutor.com — we will issue a refund directly per Sections 4 and 5 above wherever Your request falls within the eligibility window. If a chargeback is filed against an ineligible transaction, we will contest it with Stripe using the records of access delivery (repository invitation, Discord role assignment, IP and timestamp logs).
9. Statutory rights
Where mandatory consumer-protection statute in Your jurisdiction (for example, Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015) grants You broader cancellation rights than this Policy, those statutory rights are not diminished by anything in this document. Where the digital goods exception applies (e.g. EU CRD Art. 16(m) — supply of digital content not on a tangible medium where performance has begun with consent), the Policy windows above govern instead.

11. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution mechanism in our Terms of Service.
