Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applicable to purchases made on the /in/ variant of grow.glitchexecutor.com (INR pricing, Razorpay checkout). Read alongside our Terms of Service.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy is a computer-generated electronic record published in terms of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended) read with the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Nature of the products
All products sold by Bani Thani through
grow.glitchexecutor.com/in/ are digital products
— source-code repositories, configuration packages, and access to
a private community channel — delivered electronically immediately
on payment confirmation. They are not subject to physical
shipping (see our separate Shipping
& Exchange Policy).
2. Cancellation
Because delivery is automatic and immediate, an order cannot be cancelled after the Razorpay payment is captured and the buyer has been granted access to the purchased repository or community channel. If You initiated a payment but it has not yet been captured (for example, an abandoned UPI prompt), no further action is needed — the authorisation will expire automatically and no funds will be deducted.
3. Refund — free Vibe Coder Kit
The free Vibe Coder Kit involves no payment and therefore carries no refund. You may unsubscribe from the associated email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by writing to support@glitchexecutor.com.
4. Refund — individual paid agents (BSK-001 to BSK-006)
- Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Reason is not required, but a one-line explanation helps us improve.
- Request the refund by replying to Your Razorpay receipt or by emailing support@glitchexecutor.com from the email address used at checkout.
- After 14 days, no refunds are issued, in line with the digital-goods nature of the Service.
5. Refund — AI Digital Marketing Stack bundle (BSK-ALL)
- Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. The shorter window reflects the substantially higher value at risk on bundle purchases where the entire six-agent source delivery is granted immediately.
- Same request channel as individual agents (reply to receipt or email support@glitchexecutor.com).
- After 7 days, the bundle is non-refundable.
6. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued via Razorpay back to the original payment instrument only — credit card, debit card, UPI VPA, or net-banking account used at checkout. We cannot redirect a refund to a different instrument.
- Refund initiation typically takes 1 working day from approval; settlement to Your bank or wallet typically takes a further 5 to 7 working days depending on the issuing bank's settlement cycle.
- Where Razorpay's "Optimum" speed is requested, settlement may be faster but is subject to a small additional fee borne by us, at our discretion.
- You will receive a Razorpay refund-confirmation email containing the refund reference ID. If the funds do not appear in Your account within 10 working days of that email, contact support@glitchexecutor.com with the refund reference and we will follow up with Razorpay.
7. Effect of refund
On any refund being approved and initiated, the following consequences take effect immediately:
- Your access to the private GitHub repository for the refunded SKU is revoked.
- Your role in the Glitch Grow Discord server (
@Agent Buyeror@AI Digital Marketing Stack Buyer) is removed, and access to the corresponding paid channels is closed. - Your entitlement to lifetime updates for the refunded SKU is terminated.
- The Business Source License 1.1 ("BSL") under which the agent was delivered terminates with effect from the refund date. Any continued use, deployment, or onward delivery of the previously-licensed source after that date constitutes infringement.
These consequences are described here so they are not a surprise — they are the inevitable mirror of a refund and apply regardless of whether the refund was initiated by You or by us.
8. Disputes & chargebacks
Before initiating a card chargeback or UPI dispute, please contact us at support@glitchexecutor.com — we will issue a refund directly per Sections 4 and 5 above wherever Your request falls within the eligibility window. If a chargeback is filed against an ineligible transaction, we will contest it with Razorpay using the records of access delivery (repository invitation, Discord role assignment, IP and timestamp logs).
9. Grievance redressal
If a refund request is not handled to Your satisfaction, or if You believe an approved refund has not been credited within the timeframes above, You may escalate to our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge such complaints within 7 working days and respond within 30 days, in accordance with the IT Rules, 2021 and the DPDPA, 2023.

10. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any dispute is subject to the dispute-resolution mechanism set out in our Terms of Service (arbitration seated at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh; courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration).
