Shipping & Exchange Policy

This Shipping & Exchange Policy is a computer-generated electronic record published in terms of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended) read with the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Digital products only — no physical shipping

All products sold by Bani Thani through grow.glitchexecutor.com/in/ are digital products. They consist of:

• Source-code repositories, made available by adding You as a collaborator on the relevant private GitHub repository,
• Configuration packages and documentation included in those repositories,
• Access (via role assignment) to the relevant private channels of the Glitch Grow Discord server, and
• Lifetime entitlement to updates published by us to the same repositories.

No physical items are shipped at any point. There are therefore no shipping charges, no courier or logistics partner involvement, no packaging materials, and no postal addresses required at checkout.

2. Delivery — what to expect after payment

• Trigger: delivery is initiated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms payment capture. You do not need to email us or take any further action.
• Repository access: an invitation to collaborate on the private GitHub repository for the purchased SKU is sent to the GitHub username associated with the email You used at checkout, typically within 5 minutes. If You haven't provided a GitHub username at checkout, we email You at the order email asking for one within 1 working day of payment.
• Discord access: if You have already joined our Discord server (discord.gg/HBZFKMts), the corresponding paid role is granted automatically. If You haven't joined yet, the welcome email contains the invite link; the paid role is granted within minutes of Your accepting it.
• Confirmation email: a Razorpay receipt arrives immediately, and a separate "delivery confirmation" email from us follows within 15 minutes summarising the access You have been granted.

3. Delivery delays

If You have completed payment but the GitHub invitation has not arrived within 2 working hours, please contact us at support@glitchexecutor.com with Your Razorpay payment ID. The most common cause is a typo'd or unverified GitHub username at checkout, which we resolve manually.

We are not liable for delays caused by GitHub or Discord platform outages, but we will keep You informed and re-issue invitations once the platform is healthy.

4. Exchange — between SKUs

Within 14 days of purchase (7 days for the AI Digital Marketing Stack bundle), You may request an exchange between SKUs of equal or lesser monetary value, in lieu of a refund. We treat exchanges as a refund of the original SKU plus a new purchase of the replacement SKU; any difference in price is settled accordingly.

Exchange requests are not guaranteed to be approved — they are at our reasonable discretion and depend on whether the replacement SKU is available. Where an exchange is approved, access to the original SKU's repository and Discord role is revoked simultaneously with the grant of access to the new SKU.
