Terms of Use

Glitch Grow ("the Service") is an AI software tool operated by Nuraveda, a sole proprietorship owned by Tejas Karan Agrawal at 77 Huntley St, Toronto, ON M4Y 2P3, Canada ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing grow.glitchexecutor.com, creating an account, or using the Service, you ("you") agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service provides AI software tools for e-commerce operators: Meta & Amazon ad-optimization models, Voice AI for COD confirmation, Shopify automation, and cross-platform attribution tooling. You use these tools on your own marketing accounts, your own stores, and your own data. The Service does not run your business for you, and you remain the decision-maker on all spend, creative, pricing, and customer-facing actions.

2. Not a licensed adviser

Nuraveda does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulated marketing advice. Any benchmarks, recommendations, or playbooks produced by the Service are informational. If you need advice tailored to your situation, consult a licensed professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any business, store, or ad account you connect to the Service. The Service is not offered to persons located in countries subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by OFAC, the Government of Canada under the Special Economic Measures Act, the UN Security Council, the European Union, or HM Treasury.

4. Your accounts & connected platforms

Where you connect Meta, Amazon, Shopify, or any other third-party platform, you authorize the Service to read and (where you grant the scope) write to those accounts on your behalf. You remain bound by each platform's terms of service and content policies — violations are your responsibility, not ours. We will not knowingly use the Service to help you breach a platform's rules, commit ad fraud, or deceive consumers.

5. Past performance & case studies

Historical performance of client engagements is not a guarantee of future results for your account. Metrics in case studies are attributed to the source of truth (Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) and rounded to two significant figures. Client names appear only with written consent; otherwise they are anonymized.

6. Fees & subscriptions

Fees and plan inclusions are disclosed at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing.

7. Licence & intellectual property

"Glitch Grow", "Glitch Executor Labs", Nuraveda, the cobra mascot, and related marks are property of Nuraveda. Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of your marketing data, creatives, and store content.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for lost profits, missed sales, ad-account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms, delayed or unavailable tool outputs, data inaccuracies, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuraveda and its owner, employees, and affiliates from third-party claims arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, (b) content you run on platforms through the Service, or (c) your breach of any connected platform's terms.

11. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by ADR Institute of Canada, Inc., seated in Toronto, Ontario, by a single arbitrator, in English. Each party waives jury trial and, to the maximum extent permitted, any right to participate in a class or representative proceeding. Nothing overrides non-waivable consumer rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or equivalent applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect no sooner than 30 days after the revised version is posted on this page.

13. General

Severability, entire agreement, no waiver, assignment: unenforceable provisions are severed, these Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement, our failure to enforce is not a waiver, and you may not assign your rights (we may, on sale of assets or change of business form).
